Waffles- low carb

These are the perfect easy saturday morning breakfast. low carb but still delicious and even passed my sons inspection!
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup arrowroot
1 Tbsp honey
2 packets stevia
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
6 Tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted
1 1/2 cup milk of choice plus 1 tbsp vinegar
4 eggs
Cinnamon and pie spice

Mix all ingredients for at least 2 minutes, I use a blendtec blender.

Let sit for 15 minutes

Preheat waffle maker.
Cook waffles for 3-4 minutes depending on your waffle maker.
